Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Christian Peder Mørch Zacho could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in January 2024 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Winterlandscape with a sleigh changed hands for DKK 7,500.00 (€ 6,554.80) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christian Peder Mørch Zacho - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Stream in a Forest, which sold at auction in October 2006 for USD 27,600.00 (€ 21,608.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Christian Peder Mørch Zacho konnte im Januar 2024 bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Winterlandscape with a sleigh für DKK 7.500,00 (€ 6.554,80) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Christian Peder Mørch Zacho mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Stream in a Forest beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für USD 27.600,00 (€ 21.608,08) versteigert wurde.
