Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work A coastal scenery by Christian Peder Mørch Zacho for DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.46). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christian Peder Mørch Zacho achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Stream in a Forest in October 2006 with an auction result of USD 27,600.00 (€ 21,608.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A coastal scenery von Christian Peder Mørch Zacho für DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,46) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christian Peder Mørch Zacho erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Stream in a Forest im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.600,00 (€ 21.608,08).
