Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Drawings, which included the work Vue Du Château Du Chatelard Au Bord Du Lac Léman by Christian Gottlieb Steinlen. The price achieved of EUR 2,550.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Christian Gottlieb Steinlen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2017 the work Landschaft bei Vevey, 1833. was auctioned for CHF 3,000.00 (€ 2,804.82).

Im März 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vue Du Château Du Chatelard Au Bord Du Lac Léman von Christian Gottlieb Steinlen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.550,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
