Estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Musketiere im Feldlager by Carel van Falens was sold in the Dekorative Kunst auction at VAN HAM in June 2014. Here, the estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,548.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carel van Falens achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An extensive landscape with a hunting party taking refreshment under an awning in April 2002 with an auction result of GBP 14,340.00 (€ 23,201.74).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Musketiere im Feldlager von Carel van Falens wurde im Juni 2014 in der Auktion Dekorative Kunst bei VAN HAM versteigert. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.548,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carel van Falens erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An extensive landscape with a hunting party taking refreshment under an awning im April 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 14.340,00 (€ 23.201,74).
