Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Nocturne with Boats by Charles Rollo Peters for USD 3,570.00 (€ 3,162.93). This price was achieved in the auction California Art at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Rollo Peters achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moon over a pool in August last year with an auction result of USD 40,695.00 (€ 40,432.19).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
