Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Sunset Landscape by Charles P. Appel for USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,225.40). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Charles P. Appel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Across the fields, sunset, which sold at auction in October 2008 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,461.24).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sunset Landscape von Charles P. Appel für USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.225,40) erwerben.
