In May 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work Group Portrait Of A Family In An Interior by Charles-Nicolas Guillon. The result of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,832.39) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Charles-Nicolas Guillon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Family In An Interior in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 27,150.00 (€ 34,318.51).

Im Mai 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Group Portrait Of A Family In An Interior von Charles-Nicolas Guillon zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 6.832,39) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles-Nicolas Guillon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Family In An Interior im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.150,00 (€ 34.318,51).
