It achieved a price of USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,278.51), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles-Joseph Natoire achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'La Source'; The Triumph Of Bacchus; in July 2012 with an auction result of GBP 657,250.00 (€ 837,159.85).
