Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2006 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Pictures, which included the work Cows grazing in a field by Charles Jean Agard. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 300.00 (€ 439.71), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Jean Agard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fillette À La Robe À Poischarles-Jean Agard ; Young Girl Wearing A Dress With Spots ; Signed Lower Right ; Oil On Canvas in June 2013 with an auction result of EUR 11,875.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cows grazing in a field von Charles Jean Agard zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 300,00 (€ 439,71) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charles Jean Agard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fillette À La Robe À Poischarles-Jean Agard ; Young Girl Wearing A Dress With Spots ; Signed Lower Right ; Oil On Canvas im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.875,00.
