Admittedly, works by Charles-Clément Calderon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Of The Doge'S Palace, Venice in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 13,476.18).
