In January 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Outsider and Vernacular Art, which included the work Aeromose 4653 / Broadcenter 4654, July 1920, double sided by Charles A. A. Dellschau. The »bidding war« ended at USD 22,500.00 (€ 19,643.79), 50% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Charles A. A. Dellschau; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Long Tour Aero Cod (Double Sided), 1919 sold at auction in January 2016 with the realized price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,771.79).

Im Januar 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Outsider and Vernacular Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aeromose 4653 / Broadcenter 4654, July 1920, double sided von Charles A. A. Dellschau zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 19.643,79) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Charles A. A. Dellschau; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Long Tour Aero Cod (Double Sided), 1919 im Januar 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 20.771,79).
