Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban Art, which included the work Famille De Chas - 2017 by Chanoir. The price achieved of EUR 2,990.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Chanoir - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Le Hiphop De Cha Ou Cha Fandefatcap - 2015, which sold at auction in February 2016 for EUR 7,020.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Famille De Chas - 2017 von Chanoir zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.990,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Chanoir mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Le Hiphop De Cha Ou Cha Fandefatcap - 2015 beobachtet, die im Februar 2016 für EUR 7.020,00 versteigert wurde.
