Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Street Art, which included the work Bande D'Enfants Chanoir, 2008 by Chanoir. The price achieved of EUR 1,020.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 900.00 – 1,100.00. Admittedly, works by Chanoir have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Hiphop De Cha Ou Cha Fandefatcap - 2015 in February 2016 with an auction result of EUR 7,020.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Street Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bande D'Enfants Chanoir, 2008 von Chanoir zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.020,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 900,00 – 1.100,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chanoir auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Hiphop De Cha Ou Cha Fandefatcap - 2015 im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.020,00.
