Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Collection of Travel Photographs "L'œil du Voyageur", which included the work L'Afrique Qui Disparait! by Casimir Zagourski. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,239.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Casimir Zagourski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'L'Afrique Qui Disparait! Recueil Etnographique [Sic! De L'Afrique Equatoriale', Années 1920/1930Small Folio With 347 Vintage Silver Prints In Postcard Format And One Large Format Vintage Silver Print. Signed, Titled And Dedicated.|AID255595] in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 25,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Collection of Travel Photographs "L'œil du Voyageur" durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Afrique Qui Disparait! von Casimir Zagourski zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.239,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Casimir Zagourski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'L'Afrique Qui Disparait! Recueil Etnographique [Sic!
