Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Luogo e segni by Carol Rama was sold in the Thinking Italian Milan auction at Christies in Milan in November 2020. The price achieved of EUR 37,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carol Rama have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Arcadia (Ti Amo… Ti Amo) in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 236,750.00 (€ 277,447.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Luogo e segni von Carol Rama wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Thinking Italian Milan bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 37.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carol Rama auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Arcadia (Ti Amo… Ti Amo) im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 236.750,00 (€ 277.447,63).
