Auction result well in line with expectations
The work form-farb palindrom. 1964. by Carlo Vivarelli was sold in the PostWar & Contemporary auction at Koller in June 2016. The price achieved of CHF 3,500.00 (€ 3,239.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carlo Vivarelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 4 Diagonale Zentrifugale Gruppen In 8 Extrovertiert, 1968/69 4 Diagonal Centrifugal Groups In 8 Extroverted, 1968/69 in June 2013 with an auction result of CHF 27,500.00 (€ 22,367.79).
