Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Fanciulla Con Le Rose by Carlo Stragliati was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 4,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,800.00. Other works by Carlo Stragliati have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2018 by the work La piccola giardiniera at EUR 2,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Fanciulla Con Le Rose von Carlo Stragliati im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.800,00 den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Carlo Stragliati wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im November 2018 die Arbeit La piccola giardiniera mit EUR 2.600,00.
