Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Carlo Bertocci could be acquired at Christies in Milan in May 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Pictures auction, the work Suonatore diLuce changed hands for EUR 992.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Carlo Bertocci have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2018 by the work Senza titolo at EUR 1,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carlo Bertocci konnte im Mai 2006 bei Christies in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Pictures wechselte die Arbeit Suonatore diLuce für EUR 992,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Carlo Bertocci wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Dezember 2018 die Arbeit Senza titolo mit EUR 1.500,00.
