The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,174.45) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Carlo Ademollo have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2004 the work L'Eccidio Della Famiglia Tavani Arquati was auctioned for EUR 4,340.00.
