Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Monument 5 by Carla Prina was sold in the De l'avant-garde à nos jours auction at Bonhams in Paris in June last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 11,475.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carla Prina - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza titolo, which sold at auction in December 2020 for EUR 38,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Monument 5 von Carla Prina wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion De l'avant-garde à nos jours bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 11.475,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Carla Prina mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza titolo beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für EUR 38.000,00 versteigert wurde.
