Sold at the upper estimate price
In May last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Aftonens ljus och mörker" by Carl Kylberg. The auction ended at the price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,725.47), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Kylberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Segeltorkning (II)" in November 2021 with an auction result of SEK 3,300,000.00 (€ 321,901.30).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Aftonens ljus och mörker" von Carl Kylberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.725,47) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Kylberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Segeltorkning (II)" im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.300.000,00 (€ 321.901,30).
