Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Seascape with ships on the eas in quiet weather by Carl Fredrik Sörensen was sold in the Paintings, furniture and varia auction at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of DKK 8,500.00 (€ 1,141.12) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Fredrik Sörensen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work “Havnemolen i Höganäs in June this year with an auction result of DKK 90,000.00 (€ 12,082.42).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Seascape with ships on the eas in quiet weather von Carl Fredrik Sörensen wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von DKK 8.500,00 (€ 1.141,12) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Fredrik Sörensen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit “Havnemolen i Höganäs im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 90.000,00 (€ 12.082,42).
