Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Carl Fredrik Sörensen could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Coastal scenery with a small fishing village at Helgoland changed hands for DKK 12,000.00 (€ 1,607.87) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carl Fredrik Sörensen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work “Havnemolen i Höganäs in June this year with an auction result of DKK 90,000.00 (€ 12,082.42).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carl Fredrik Sörensen konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Coastal scenery with a small fishing village at Helgoland für DKK 12.000,00 (€ 1.607,87) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Fredrik Sörensen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit “Havnemolen i Höganäs im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 90.000,00 (€ 12.082,42).
