Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work View from a forest lake by Carl Frederik Aagaard was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of DKK 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 8,500.00 (€ 1,140.30). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Frederik Aagaard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mossy Rocks in a Stream in October 2005 with an auction result of USD 18,000.00 (€ 15,006.25).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit View from a forest lake von Carl Frederik Aagaard kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von DKK 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 8.500,00 (€ 1.140,30) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Frederik Aagaard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mossy Rocks in a Stream im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.000,00 (€ 15.006,25).
