A top price for Bruce Tippett - as previously expected
The work Untitled 1958 by Bruce Tippett was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in July 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,139.63) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Untitled 1958 is the most expensive artwork by Bruce Tippett that we have observed at auctions so far.
