Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Boris Riab could be acquired at Christies in New York in June 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Living With Art auction, the work Ducks taking flight; together with Ducks landing on a lake; and Retriever with a duck changed hands for USD 1,000.00 (€ 906.45) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,200.00 – 180,000.00. Other works by Boris Riab have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in September 2020 by the work Flushed at GBP 1,020.00 (€ 1,124.72).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Boris Riab konnte im Juni 2016 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
