Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Boris Hoppek could be acquired at Artcurial in Paris in February 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Urban & Pop Contemporary auction, the work Gray Face 4 changed hands for EUR 260.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 400.00 – 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Boris Hoppek - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans Titre - 2012, which sold at auction in April 2018 for EUR 1,040.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Boris Hoppek konnte im Februar 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary wechselte die Arbeit Gray Face 4 für EUR 260,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 400,00 – 600,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Boris Hoppek mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2012 beobachtet, die im April 2018 für EUR 1.040,00 versteigert wurde.
