Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Nudo di donna con ragazzo al mandolino by Bernardino Palazzi was auctioned at Il Ponte in May 2017, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 2,300.00. Other works by Bernardino Palazzi have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2018 by the work Odalisca at EUR 3,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Nudo di donna con ragazzo al mandolino von Bernardino Palazzi im Mai 2017 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 2.300,00 den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Bernardino Palazzi wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Mai 2018 die Arbeit Odalisca mit EUR 3.600,00.
