In April 2002 Christies in New York held the auction The House Sale, which included the work At the Water's Edge by Benito Rebolledo Correa. The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,935.00 (€ 5,482.12), 65% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Benito Rebolledo Correa achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A woman at the water's edge in December 2010 with an auction result of GBP 55,250.00 (€ 64,089.83).

Im April 2002 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The House Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit At the Water's Edge von Benito Rebolledo Correa zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 4.935,00 (€ 5.482,12) und damit 65% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Benito Rebolledo Correa erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A woman at the water's edge im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 55.250,00 (€ 64.089,83).
