Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism), which included the work An Italianate river landscape with travellers on a track by Bartholomeus Appelman. The price achieved of EUR 12,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Bartholomeus Appelman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2006 the work Veduta Su Un Porto Mediterraneo; E Paesaggio Laziale Con Viandanti was auctioned for EUR 22,320.00.

Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Italianate river landscape with travellers on a track von Bartholomeus Appelman zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Bartholomeus Appelman konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2006 die Arbeit Veduta Su Un Porto Mediterraneo; E Paesaggio Laziale Con Viandanti für EUR 22.320,00 versteigert.
