Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master and 19th Century Drawings, which included the work Cavaliers A L'Entrainement by Karl Andre Jean Reille. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,983.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Karl Andre Jean Reille have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Avant Le Départ" in October 2014 with an auction result of EUR 10,112.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master and 19th Century Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cavaliers A L'Entrainement von Karl Andre Jean Reille zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.983,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karl Andre Jean Reille auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Avant Le Départ" im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.112,00.
