Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still life with a rose and two butterflies by Barbara Regina Dietzsch was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,080.00 (€ 1,581.26) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Barbara Regina Dietzsch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sechs Eidechsen. in December 2009 with an auction result of EUR 25,000.00.

Die Arbeit Still life with a rose and two butterflies von Barbara Regina Dietzsch kam im April 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 1.080,00 (€ 1.581,26) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Barbara Regina Dietzsch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sechs Eidechsen. im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 25.000,00.
