Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pinnace; Fyl-Tcharra; Grab; And Badjera (Abbey Travel, 430, Nos.146, 147,149 And 164) by Balthazar Solvyns was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 875.00 (€ 1,065.08) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Balthazar Solvyns achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Unknown in October 2012 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 17,095.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pinnace; Fyl-Tcharra; Grab; And Badjera (Abbey Travel, 430, Nos.146, 147,149 And 164) von Balthazar Solvyns kam im April 2014 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 875,00 (€ 1.065,08) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Balthazar Solvyns erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Unknown im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 17.095,71).
