Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2018 Christies in Shanghai held the auction FIRST OPEN | Shanghai, which included the work A CALLIGRAPHY COUPLET by Bai Qianshen. Here, the upper estimate of CNY 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CNY 33,600.00 (€ 4,209.40). Other works by Bai Qianshen have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 4,614.68) in December 2020 for the work Calligraphic Couplet in Regular Script.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2018 führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion FIRST OPEN | Shanghai durch, in der auch die Arbeit A CALLIGRAPHY COUPLET von Bai Qianshen zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von CNY 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für CNY 33.600,00 (€ 4.209,40) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Bai Qianshen haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 43.750,00 (€ 4.614,68) im Dezember 2020 für die Arbeit Calligraphic Couplet in Regular Script beobachtet.
