Despite a disappointment, a good price for Babe Shapiro
In July 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Second Degree Objects by Babe Shapiro for USD 1,080.00 (€ 787.69). This price was achieved in the auction House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Second Degree Objects is the most expensive artwork by Babe Shapiro that we have observed at auction so far.

Im Juli 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Second Degree Objects von Babe Shapiro für USD 1.080,00 (€ 787,69) erwerben.
