A top price for B. Wing - as previously expected
The work I Met My Younger Self by B. Wing was sold in the ARTitude auction at POLY in Poly Auction App in January last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 12,000.00 (€ 1,373.17) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, I Met My Younger Self is the most expensive artwork by B. Wing that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit I Met My Younger Self von B. Wing wurde im Januar letzten Jahres in der Auktion ARTitude bei POLY in Poly Auction App versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 12.000,00 (€ 1.373,17) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist I Met My Younger Self das teuerste Kunstwerk von B. Wing, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
