Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Gateway With Olive Trees And A Villa Beyond; With A Study of A Lady To The Reverse by Baccio Maria Bacci was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2005. The price achieved of GBP 264.00 (€ 389.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Baccio Maria Bacci achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il Campanile diPisa in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 21,080.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 264,00 (€ 389,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden.
