Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Axel Petersson Döderhultarn achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Dancing couple sold for SEK 55,000.00 (€ 4,668.96) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Axel Petersson Döderhultarn - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Lektor Victor Hjalmar Beronius", which sold at auction in December 2011 for SEK 165,000.00 (€ 18,493.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Axel Petersson Döderhultarn erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wurde die Arbeit Dancing couple für SEK 55.000,00 (€ 4.668,96) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Axel Petersson Döderhultarn mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Lektor Victor Hjalmar Beronius" beobachtet, die im Dezember 2011 für SEK 165.000,00 (€ 18.493,02) versteigert wurde.
