The work Insjölandskap by Axel Lindman was sold in the Autumn Classic sale auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2009. It achieved a price of SEK 23,000.00 (€ 2,193.54), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 15%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Axel Lindman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Woman in the meadow, which sold at auction in October 2018 for SEK 70,000.00 (€ 6,751.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Insjölandskap von Axel Lindman wurde im November 2009 in der Auktion Autumn Classic sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 23.000,00 (€ 2.193,54) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 15%. Für andere Arbeiten von Axel Lindman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Woman in the meadow beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für SEK 70.000,00 (€ 6.751,68) versteigert wurde.
