Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by August Fischer could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Street view from Riva with a boy sitting in a cart changed hands for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.37) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by August Fischer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work “Fra Mentona” in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 15,000.00 (€ 13,109.60).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von August Fischer konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Street view from Riva with a boy sitting in a cart für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,37) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von August Fischer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit “Fra Mentona” im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 15.000,00 (€ 13.109,60).
