Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait of a young gentleman by Attilio Baccani for USD 875.00 (€ 659.43). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Attilio Baccani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian Lady Reading A Book in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,784.73).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait of a young gentleman von Attilio Baccani für USD 875,00 (€ 659,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Attilio Baccani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian Lady Reading A Book im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 14.784,73).
