In June 2003 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Pictures, which included the work Anacapri by Ascan Lutteroth. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,290.00 (€ 4,727.91), 32% above the upper estimate. Other works by Ascan Lutteroth have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 6,200.00 in December 2003 for the work Roma, l'Appia Antica alla tomba di Cecilia Metella, 1876; e Roma, il Convento di San Bonaventura al Palatino.

Im Juni 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Anacapri von Ascan Lutteroth zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.290,00 (€ 4.727,91) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Ascan Lutteroth haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.200,00 im Dezember 2003 für die Arbeit Roma, l'Appia Antica alla tomba di Cecilia Metella, 1876; e Roma, il Convento di San Bonaventura al Palatino beobachtet.
