In May 2013 VAN HAM held the auction Alte Kunst, which included the work Abend am Golf von Genua by Ascan Lutteroth. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,192.00 55% above the estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ascan Lutteroth; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Roma, l'Appia Antica alla tomba di Cecilia Metella, 1876; e Roma, il Convento di San Bonaventura al Palatino sold at auction in December 2003 with the realized price of EUR 6,200.00.
Schätzpreis um 55 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2013 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Alte Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Abend am Golf von Genua von Ascan Lutteroth zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.192,00 und damit 55% über dem Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ascan Lutteroth; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Roma, l'Appia Antica alla tomba di Cecilia Metella, 1876; e Roma, il Convento di San Bonaventura al Palatino im Dezember 2003 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 6.200,00.
