The work Ghost Sphynx by Asa Jarju was sold in the Inside Job: Christie's New York Staff Art Show auction at Christies in August this year. The price achieved of USD 126.00 (€ 116.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 100.00 – 200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Asa Jarju - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cosmic Familiar, which sold at auction in August last year for USD 252.00 (€ 250.37).
