Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Mountains in northern Sweden by Arvid Mauritz Lindström for SEK 4,000.00 (€ 427.27). This price was achieved in the auction Eclectic, Stockholm S193 at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arvid Mauritz Lindström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lakeside landscape in autumn in December 2011 with an auction result of SEK 42,000.00 (€ 4,707.32).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Mountains in northern Sweden von Arvid Mauritz Lindström für SEK 4.000,00 (€ 427,27) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Eclectic, Stockholm S193 bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 9.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arvid Mauritz Lindström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lakeside landscape in autumn im Dezember 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 42.000,00 (€ 4.707,32).
