Auction result well in line with expectations
The work View of a village street with a church tower in the distance by Arthur Tucker was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2002. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 329.00 (€ 522.86) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Arthur Tucker have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Buttermere, Cumberland in March 2003 with an auction result of GBP 1,997.50 (€ 2,893.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit View of a village street with a church tower in the distance von Arthur Tucker kam im September 2002 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
