Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 329.00 (€ 522.86) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Arthur Tucker have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Buttermere, Cumberland in March 2003 with an auction result of GBP 1,997.50 (€ 2,893.63).

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 329,00 (€ 522,86) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
