Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of a gentleman, standing three-quarter-length, in a brown tweed suit, holding a crop, cap and gloves, a landscape beyond by Arthur Trevor Haddon was sold in the BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES auction at Christies in London in February 2005. It changed hands for a price of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,131.10) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur Trevor Haddon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Market Day before the City Walls in Rabat in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 36,000.00 (€ 26,354.32).

Die Arbeit Portrait of a gentleman, standing three-quarter-length, in a brown tweed suit, holding a crop, cap and gloves, a landscape beyond von Arthur Trevor Haddon wurde im Februar 2005 in der Auktion BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES bei Christies in London versteigert.
