Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work On Many Levels by Arthur Osver for USD 625.00 (€ 421.70). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur Osver achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Verticalities in January 2013 with an auction result of USD 16,250.00 (€ 11,962.60).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit On Many Levels von Arthur Osver für USD 625,00 (€ 421,70) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arthur Osver erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Verticalities im Januar 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 11.962,60).
