Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work A Gypsy Encampment by Arthur James Stark for USD 300.00 (€ 247.97). This price was achieved in the auction The House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur James Stark achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Milking the cows in September 2006 with an auction result of GBP 2,640.00 (€ 3,894.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2005 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Gypsy Encampment von Arthur James Stark für USD 300,00 (€ 247,97) erwerben.
