Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Works From The Project Red Series by Arsen Savadov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2015. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 14,099.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arsen Savadov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ukrainian Drill, which sold at auction in April 2008 for USD 79,000.00 (€ 50,745.12).

Die Arbeit Two Works From The Project Red Series von Arsen Savadov kam im Juni 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 14.099,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Arsen Savadov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ukrainian Drill beobachtet, die im April 2008 für USD 79.000,00 (€ 50.745,12) versteigert wurde.
